Hand painted nesting eggs great for any decor. The first one is painted in the traditional sense with pink flowers and gray bark. The middle egg has a different twist, blue blossoms and gray bark. The third and final egg has white flowers and black bark.
And this one is a original design for a butterknife with what I think is a unique, classic shape, I hope you agree!
It’s carved from a piece of mahogany wood I salvaged from a boat project. It measures 8 1/2″ long and the body portion is 3 1/2″ x 1 1/4″.
Highly sanded and polished to a silky smooth feel with a beeswax/mineral oil finish.

Those hand painted nesting eggs are gorgeous! The one with pink flowers reminds me of cherry blossoms . . . forget the history, those trees are the real reason to visit washington dc
The butterknife is really unique. It has a rustic sort of appeal.

What a beautiful knife – I love that it’s “rescued”!
