Spring is coming… all about green!

I love this bracelet. It is FULL of color and just beautiful.

Green is THE spring’s color… I love when everything gets green on spring, when the grass color is all you can see driving to work… and when T-shirts fill your closet!

This bracelet could give you a little bit of happiness .. every day until next autumn! ;)

And what else do you think to if I say SPRING ?

Easy…

DAISY!!!

And for your baby what’s better than a funny spring hat ?

It will keep him\her warm … against wind and sun too!

This hat is perfect for that little one in your life! It’s crocheted in sweet, simple stitches and edged with shells. This very soft beanie has been crocheted with really soft 100% acrylic eco-friendly yarn made from recycled plastic bottles. Made in a refreshing Sprig Green and accented with a cute white flower.
Don’t like these colors? This great Seller will do her absolute best to satisfy your secret color cravings!

Recycle! As much as you can!

NO words to describe my reaction when I saw this bag…!

Yes, bag, another time…

But THIS time you can’t really miss it… It’s made of recycled buttons that make wonderfull an old usual bag…

Great idea, it appears so elegant!

“The price does NOT reflect the amount of work that has gone into this bag. This charming clip top bag was thrifted some time ago and has been waiting for a re-vamp for a while now. I’ve embellished the front with dozens of buttons, vintage of course, and the odd suedette flower for interest (what – because there wasn’t enough going on with it without them? Hmm…)
The crochet strap was the first thing I did and that was made with leftovers too. Nice and recycled then! The bag is constructed with a woollen fabric but there is a faux leather base so it’s wipe cleanable.”

Alphabet fun… another great recycling sample!

What do you do with the broken crayons in the bottom of that crayon box?

You MUST recycle them of course!!!

This set of Alphabet Fun have turned into little pieces of art that are ready to create again….
Each Recolored Crayon ranges approx. 2″ tall by approx. 2 – 3 1/2″ wide x 1/4″ thick and is made with non-toxic crayons.. Kids love to be suprised by the different colors they find inside.

Each crayon shows an item beginning with that letter:
A-Apple. B-Bird. C-Cat. D-Diamond. E-Elephant. F-Flower. G-Goblet. H-Heart. I-Indian. J-Jack. K-Kite. L-Ladder. M-Monkey. N-Notes. O-Owl. P-Pear. Q-Quill. R-Ring. S-Stars. T-Trumpet. U-Umbrella. V-Violin. W-Whale. X-Xylophone. Z.Zebra

Fantastic… Finding items like this, I learn how I’m still a child ! ;)

Throw Nothing Away…!

Season’s change arrived and as every year I have to move summer cloths from the closet…. what boring work…

So old winter sweaters came back again and surely you will look at them saying ” How could I wear it, last year! It’s a terrible color!”….. Some of them aren’t in fashion now… surely.

But have you ever thought about reciclyng them insted throwing them away?

Yes, you can give them to needy people and this would be a good choise, but you can also let your immagination run wild and create some new usefull items!

Merrygoods had done it! And this is one of her results…

This handbag is made of a repurposed wool sweater fabric. She felted the material to make it softer and to give it more strength and density.
Lined with a repurposed satiny floral fabric, has 1 inside pocket and a magnetic snap closure.

Well Done!

These items are interesting, aren’t they?

Explore the US or remember a past trip with the help of the Travel Blocks series. A piece of vintage 1974 map of Dallas, Texas, is varnished onto recycled wood to create this little block of art.

Gorgeous example of recycling and perfect gift for eternal travellers, don’t you think?

Saturday Night Promotions

It’s saturday night here in Italy and it would be time to go bed…

But I’m wandering in etsy stores and I’ve found that…

It’s a totally recycled magazine bowl.. and in my opinion it’s a great idea.

Immage this bowl on your living room, fill of colorfull candy, it would be a touch of modern elegance!

Well done twinRobotlove ! It’s the best intentive to recycling I’ve ever seen!

And what about these curios Clam boxes?

To tell the truth at the first time I can’t understand what they are… but I’ve discovered they are really usefull for many applications: you can use them for storing jewellery, pills, candies and more! You can open them like a clam, just squeeze the pointed sides.

And have you think to use them to hide a little precious gift for a very special occasion ?

It’s only a suggestion…
